Admission

The Academic University admits on a competitive basis into postgraduate studies citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign states who have higher education.

Applicants must submit the following documents to the Selection Committee:

• application for admission into postgraduate study that indicates the selected program and is addressed to the Rector of the University, Academician Zh. Alferov;
• copy of higher education diploma;
• list of scientific works;
• 5 photos without corners (4х6 cm);
• autobiography.

When submitting the application applicants should present their passport. Applicants take the following entrance examinations: examination in physics, examination in philosophy and examination in a foreign language. Examinations are oral and are taken under special programs.

People who have already passed all or some of the qualifying examinations are waived from the corresponding entrance examinations. One cannot retake entrance examinations.
